The milk has been on the market for 25 years. It is recognized and bought, especially by the older generation. It is in soft packaging and it is cheaper than buying in hard packaging. In addition to the taste, the price was also attractive to the consumer. And everyone who had it at home knows - mom or grandma or grandpa always close it, bending the corner of the package so that it does not spoil or spill.

Problem

The task was to show and remind the consumer that their favorite milk has been with them for 25 years and does not change its principles, remaining in the same packaging and the same taste and quality.

Solution

We decided to show the reverent attitude to the product from the older generation. A grandfather who, although he loves his grandson, does not intend to give in and be a wimp. He shows how cheerful he is and all thanks to the milk he drinks.

Result

No measurements were taken. The product continues to be the leader (in Kazakhstan) in sales of milk in soft packaging.
