In 2024, Click took the biggest step in its history — it turned into a Super App, bringing together key services in one application.
Problem
Until November 2024, the usual daily tasks of users were "scattered" across various services and applications. Simple actions like paying a bill, buying a ticket, or ordering flowers took up more time and attention than we would have liked. Click's task was not just to present a new product, but to show the transformation of the market: for the first time in Uzbekistan, all everyday services became available at one point — in the Click SuperApp.
Solution
The big idea: "The simple doesn't have to be complicated anymore." We've collected everything you need every day in one app. Creative presentation: Click Day is a large—scale presentation that showed the user's path from the chaos of multiple applications to the convenience of a single SuperApp. Tone: large-scale and emotional, with an emphasis on everyday benefits for millions of people. 11.11.2024 we announced the launch: the Click Super App appeared.
Result
+16,000 new partners. 914,000 online viewers watched the presentation live. +6 million new users have chosen Click as the main app for everyday life.
