Nasal congestion is an age-old problem that can catch you by surprise. It deprives a person of the main mechanism of life - breathing. Nasal congestion forces you to breathe through your mouth, which increases the risk of infections, disrupts the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood, and leads to headaches and chronic fatigue. The environmental problem is becoming increasingly acute in the country: In Tashkent and other large cities, the level of PM2.5 remains high, which, according to the World Bank, leads to up to 3,000 premature deaths and losses of almost $ 488 million per year. In the Fergana region, it was found that nasal congestion and difficulty breathing with seasonal allergic rhinitis are observed in 87.3% of patients A person literally feels like a "hostage" of his body.
Problem
Since Rinoksil spray is a mass product, we understood that it was necessary to reach potential consumers and maximize brand touchpoints at every stage of the day.
Solution
To achieve maximum effect, we built an integrated media campaign: Media strategy: We have carefully selected media channels taking into account the behavior of the audience. This allowed us to achieve excellent coverage - from a wide audience to the professional medical community. Variety of formats: We use a variety of advertising tools - Digital advertising via Yandex.Direct, DV360, Google Ads, Meta, etc. Advertising on local sites: TezNews, Repost Uz, Apteka.uz. Also indoor and outdoor advertising: in the metro, on LED displays, on trains, at the airport and in the Korzinka.Uz supermarket chain. And also to maintain the greatest coverage in the republic - TV Scientific base: We emphasized that Rinoksil has clinical studies confirming its effectiveness and safety. In addition, we conducted a survey using Yandex View technology about which nasal spray is more popular among residents of the country. More than 3,000 people across Uzbekistan participated in the survey, which gave us an accurate understanding of which platforms our advertising is most noticeable on and in which direction we need to move. This study gave us an understanding of the regions and audiences that perceive information in Russian and Uzbek.
Result
Average monthly results: Digital advertising - reach of over 17 million people, clicks over 45,000; Local platforms - reach of 1.4 million users, clicks - 18,000. Rinoksil ranks 1st in sales according to the IQVIA system: in July 2025, the turnover amounted to over USD 1.39 million, and the annual figure exceeded USD 17.6 million; Rinoksil is the leader in packaging: over 7.7 million packages sold per year and about 5 million packages by July 2025 (compared to 2024). Digital, outdoor & indoor advertising, advertising on local platforms, TV advertising and YouTube advertising provided the consumer with daily points of contact with the brand: from personal online formats to wide coverage. This made Rinoksil as close and recognizable as possible for the audience.
