The project's main focus is on fish and seafood, which stand out for their freshness, quality, and taste. At RM Mart, you will find everything you need, from specialty products for gourmets to everyday necessities. At the core of each product selection lies a demanding approach to quality, and in service - a professional attitude with a deep understanding of customer needs. Our goal is to provide you with unique flavors, reliable quality, and excellent service. RM Mart is not just a place for shopping, but a space created for those who appreciate taste and quality.

Problem

Initially operating under the name "Ribnoe Mestechko," the project specialized in fish and seafood. Over time, the range of products has expanded, and today the store offers a wide variety of food products, including rare dishes, cheeses, dairy products, sauces and spices, as well as high-quality confectionery items. Therefore, the main task at the new stage is to update the brand image, presenting it not only as a store specializing in fish products but also as a full-fledged supermarket offering a wide range of high-quality and exclusive products. The new name - RM Mart - embodies this comprehensive concept and should evoke the right associations in consumers, signifying that besides fish, there are many other products available in the store.

Solution

As a solution, when developing the new brand concept, we aimed to visually reflect the expansion of the product range while maintaining loyalty to seafood-based products. A versatile, modern, and memorable logo was created to soften the association with fish only in customers' minds, while preserving the core essence of the brand. The logo combines the letter "R," crab claws, the "OK" symbol, and the image of a fishing hook, creating a visual representation closely tied to the brand name. The hook concept represents products caught from the sea, embodying the idea of unique and fresh seafood. Simultaneously, these images imply the naturalness and thoroughness of product selection. The color scheme of the logo uses dark blue, light blue, and white, which reflect the sea theme and evoke a sense of purity, reliability, and freshness, without completely departing from the brand's previous color palette.

Result

The proposed solution was warmly received by the client, and the rebranding concept was fully approved. The new visual style was implemented in existing stores, clearly and attractively showcasing RM Mart's updated image to consumers. Additionally, newly opened branches began operating based on this visual identity, ensuring brand consistency and recognition. As a result of the rebranding, RM Mart reshaped its image as a modern supermarket with a wide assortment, while maintaining its core specialization in seafood products.
