Farrukh Sharif is the creative director of Synthesis, an independent advertising agency and one of the leading creative companies in Central Asia. For over 10 years, he has been working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and culture. He has led more than 800 projects and received over 100 awards at regional and international festivals as a  Redjolbors, TAF, White square, KIAF, Adblacksea, EPLUS, Epica Awards, Pentawards.

Farrukh has served as a jury member at several international festivals, including TAF!, White Square, EPLUS, MAD STARS, and PHNX Awards.
