Leonid Feygin

Leonid Feigin is the co-founder and creative director of DDVB (formerly Direct Design), an agency operating since 1993. Under his leadership, the company has completed over 2,000 projects and received more than 100 professional awards in branding and design. Its clients include major Russian and international brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Beeline, Samsung, Alfa-Capital, and others.
Feigin has over 37 years of experience in branding and visual communications (since 1986), as well as 20 years of teaching experience (since 2003). He is actively involved in professional communities: member of the Union of Designers of Russia, academician of the Russian Academy of Advertising, co-founder and presidium member of ADCR, and member of ABCR.
He worked at the Graphic Arts Plant of the USSR Art Fund (1987–1991), founded “Figa-Design” (1991–1993), and then co-founded and has been leading DDVB since 1993.
Leonid actively shares his expertise through interviews and talks: he has been a guest on podcasts and a speaker at more than 100 conferences, discussing branding, advertising anthropology, and creativity crises. In interviews, he emphasizes that branding should be honest and create an emotional connection:
“Good branding attracts attention, carries an emotional message, and transforms people into a community united by a common idea.”
