Strategy Director at DDVB branding agency, specializing in brand strategy, communications, and marketing with more than 14 years of experience.
She began her career at Adidas (Product & Brand Manager), then held strategy leadership roles at Pichesky / Aprill Digital, ADV Group, and Relevant. In 2020, she co-founded MADCast, Russia’s first advertising podcast agency, and launched Kruzhok po Marketingu, a snack-learning school for marketers.
Maria is a guest lecturer at HSE and a jury member of the E+ Award. She has contributed to projects recognized by Effie and Silver Mercury for Mars, Raiffeisenbank, and PepsiCo.
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from Bayes Business School (London) and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from HSE.
Her recent strategic clients include Vici, Miratorg, Uralchem, Spotify, Avito, Yandex, Megamarket, SBP, T-Bank, Puma, Mastercard, Mars, PepsiCo, Danone, Ritter Sport, MR Group, Citydrive, and Delovye Linii.
