Vladlen Sitnikov

Vladilen Sitnikov has been in advertising since 1999. From 2004 to 2012, he founded the agency Hungry Boys (later acquired by WPP), then became a partner at GRAPE/WT Russia and launched Skillbox English School. In 2018, he founded the startup StartRocket, which introduced the ambitious concept of an orbital display — a space-based advertising system that drew worldwide media attention.
Vladilen worked as an art and creative director in Moscow, and later in Budapest, where he served as Executive Creative Director and Head of Entertainment at White Rabbit Budapest. He was recognized as one of the world’s top 25 creative directors and earned awards at major international competitions such as Cannes Lions, Red Dot, The One Show, Webby, The FWA, and Awwwards.
He has served on the juries of The One Show, New York Festivals, ADC Europe, Epica, Webby Awards, Kiev International Advertising Festival, Red Jolbors, AD STARS, White Square, and others. He has also spoken at more than 100 conferences, leading discussions on the future of advertising and digital transformation, and has lectured at HSE, Skolkovo, IKRA School, and the British Higher School of Art and Design.
In January 2018, he was awarded the title of Academician of the Russian Academy of Advertising for his contribution to the industry.
