Luis Paulo Gatti is Executive Creative Director and Head of Entertainment at White Rabbit Budapest, with nearly 20 years of experience in advertising. He began his career as an art director in Rio de Janeiro, later working at agencies in São Paulo, Dubai, Berlin, and Stuttgart before settling in Budapest.

In 2024, Luis led the launch of a new division — a gaming and sports hub created through a partnership between White Rabbit and Squarepixel, focused on the South American and European markets.

His campaigns have repeatedly ranked among the most awarded: *The Bigger Crash* and *Terms Against Bullying* earned top spots in global creativity rankings, while Luis himself was recognized among the world’s top 25 influential creative directors.

Luis has won awards at Cannes Lions, D\&AD, Clios, The One Show, Art Directors Club, LIA, Eurobest, and many other international festivals.

He has also served as a jury member at major events including D\&AD, The One Show, Webby Awards, Cannes Young Lions, Ad Stars, White Square, and more.

Alongside his commercial career, Luis spent nearly 10 years as a teacher and coordinator at Miami Ad School Brazil / LATAM, where he mentored and inspired a new generation of advertising professionals.
