Covadonga Diaz

Covadonga Díaz is an Executive Creative Director from Spain with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry. She began her career at Leo Burnett and has since worked at agencies such as Shackleton, China, and Young & Rubicam, where she developed campaigns for clients including P&G, Kellogg’s, and NBC Universal International Network.

Currently, she holds the position of Executive Creative Director at Dentsu Creative Spain, overseeing work for brands like Orange Telecom and CaixaBank.

Her creative work has received awards at prestigious festivals such as Cannes Lions, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and Club de Creativos. She has also served as a jury member at The One Show in the Direct category.

Covadonga is committed to advancing gender equality in the creative industry and is an active member of Más Mujeres Creativas, a non-profit organization in Spain focused on increasing the visibility of women in advertising.
