Nikita Yermolayev

Nikita Yermolayev is the Creative Director and founder of RA Kombinat (Almaty, Kazakhstan), with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry. He leads the development and execution of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, activations, and design.

His work has been recognized with over 180 international awards, including Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Webby, Epica, Red Apple, KIAF, White Square, and others.

In 2025, Nikita became the first Kazakh representative to serve on the Cannes Lions Awarding Jury, in the Brand Experience & Activation category — a historic achievement for the region.

He has also judged festivals such as Spikes Asia, Webby Awards, Red Apple, White Square, Ad Black Sea, TAF, and others. As a juror, he evaluates ideas based on creativity, cultural relevance, execution quality, and, most importantly, real-world impact.
