Tay Guan Hin

Tay Guan Hin is a Singaporean creative visionary, renowned speaker, and author of the bestseller “Collide: Embracing Conflict to Boost Creativity” (2024). He currently serves as the APAC Regional Director at The One Club, a global nonprofit partner of Cannes Lions.

Previously, Tay was the Creative Chairman of BBDO Singapore and a member of BBDO Asia’s Creative Council. He also led creative roles at Ogilvy, JWT, Grey, Leo Burnett, and Saatchi & Saatchi, working with top brands like Unilever, Visa, Audi, Shell, HSBC, and Nestlé. He founded the independent creative boutique TGH Collective and co-founded the Crowbar Awards for young creatives.

Tay was one of the first Asian leaders to chair the Cannes Lions Outdoor jury and later presided over juries at D&AD and Clio. He served as President of Asia Professional Speakers and is a member of The One Club’s International Board of Directors.

His book “Collide” introduces the C.O.L.L.I.D.E. framework (Conflict – Opportunity – Learning – Leverage – Idea – Develop – Execute), showing how embracing conflict can unlock creativity.

In 2024–2025, Tay spoke at TEDx, Spikes Asia, and One Show, addressing topics such as vertical storytelling and the intersection of AI and creativity. He was honored with the AAMS Hall of Fame Advertising Visionary Award for his contributions to the industry. As APAC Director at The One Club, he leads awards, education, and partnerships across the region.
