User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the organizers of the Tashkent Advertising Festival TAF!25 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) regarding the use of the taf25.marketing.uz website and its services.

By using the website, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The TAF!25 website provides information and interactive services, including:

  • information about the festival, competition and conference;
  • registration and application forms;
  • access to conference materials;
  • subscription to news and notifications.

1.2. This Agreement may be changed by the Organizer at any time without prior notice. The updated version comes into force from the moment of publication on the website.

2. User's rights and obligations

2.1. The User undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information when registering and submitting applications;
  • not violate the rights of third parties, including copyright and related rights;
  • not carry out actions that disrupt the operation of the website or undermine its security.

2.2. The User has the right to:

  • use all open services of the site for personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • opt out of receiving mailings and notifications at any time;
  • contact the organizing committee for clarification of any conditions of participation.

3. Rights and obligations of the organizer

3.1. The organizer has the right to:

  • process the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
  • suspend access to the site in the event of technical work or violations of the Agreement;
  • use the provided materials (cases, presentations, photos) as part of the promotion of the festival, indicating the authorship.

3.2. The Organizer undertakes to:

  • ensure the confidentiality of personal data;
  • not transfer data to third parties, except in cases stipulated by law or the Agreement;
  • provide up-to-date and reliable information about the festival events.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials posted on the website (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) belong to the Organizer or third parties on legal grounds.

4.2. Any copying, distribution or other use of materials without the written consent of the owners is prohibited.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:

  • temporary failures and errors in the operation of the site;
  • actions of third parties that resulted in a disruption of the site;
  • inaccuracies in the data provided by the User.

5.2. The User is responsible for compliance with this Agreement and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan when using the site.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. All disputes arising within the framework of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.

6.2. If it is impossible to agree, the dispute shall be considered in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the current legislation.
