Every New Year, Rodnaya Rech strives to make corporate gifts meaningful. This project is a great opportunity to raise important topics and turn a New Year's gift into a dialogue tool with employees, customers and the entire media industry.

Проблема

One of the main objectives of this year's project is to create a culture in which mistakes are perceived not as failures, but as a way of professional growth. This approach helps to reduce stress levels associated with the fear of failure. And also to increase the involvement of employees and clients in corporate life through non-standard PR activities.

Решение

In the New Year, we strive to start life with a clean slate, making as few mistakes as possible. But we are convinced that mistakes are the path to development. Therefore, in the New Year's campaign, we called on our colleagues to get rid of the fear of mistakes. The name “Native Speech” helped to reveal this topic through mistakes in school dictation. As a gift, employees and customers received a T-shirt in the color of the "same" school notebook with the inscription "T-shirt for working on mistakes" and a QR code leading to the dictation site. On the website, the participants chose a "teacher", wrote a dictation and could safely make mistakes, because each mistake increased the chance of getting a bottle of sparkling wine.

Результаты

Thanks to the UGC publications of colleagues, the project was included in the collections of the best New Year's gifts and went beyond the company. The T-shirts aroused such interest that numerous requests for additional drops were received. The dictation was written by more than 2,000 people, and a lot of positive feedback from colleagues and clients showed that the topic of self-forgiveness of mistakes is more relevant than ever.
