The Uzum ecosystem includes over 8,000 employees. Each of us has friends, family members, or acquaintances who are part of the team — our people at Uzum.

Проблема

Objective To create a visual campaign that showcases the people behind the Uzum brand: real employees, partners, and users from different regions. The goal of the project is to highlight the social impact and benefits of being part of the Uzum team, while reflecting the scale of the ecosystem and its true value through authentic stories and vivid portraits. The project should build awareness that ordinary people: your neighbors, your friends — work at Uzum.

Решение

We organized a shoot across six regions of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Andijan, Nukus), covering 1,600 km by land and 960 km by air. In 12 days, we captured 37 heroes — employees, partners, and users of Uzum. Not professional models, but real people in their everyday lives. The result is a series of authentic images that show one clear message: Uzum is made by people, for people.
