Hayala Mutallimova

Having worked as a manager in various advertising companies, on January 17, 2010, I founded VIP Advertising LLC. On June 23, 2017, I changed the company’s name to Artmood Agency LLC. The company began as a small business and successfully developed over many years.

Meanwhile, continuing my education, in 2017 I enrolled in the Faculty of Marketing at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design in Kyiv. I graduated from the University in June 2020.

On May 30, 2023, I founded the Public Association “Support for the Development of Advertising and Marketing”, where I currently serve as Chairwoman of the Board. I actively participate in social projects and engage in organizational activities.

Until May 30, 2023, I held the position of Chairwoman of the Commission on Advertising and Marketing at the Association for the Development of Women’s Entrepreneurship of Azerbaijan (ADWEA). I am also the Head of the Marketing Department at the Public Association “Support for Youth Solidarity.”

Since 2024, I have been continuing my studies at the Faculty of Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On April 15, 2025, I co-founded the Association of Media, Advertising and Marketing of the Turkic World, where I serve as Co-Founder and Deputy Chairwoman.
